Thursday, February 14, Chef/Owner Domenico Cornacchia will offer a variety a la carte Valentine’s Day specials on the restaurants regular dinner menu from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Menu highlights include Cured Alaskan King Salmon Carpaccio with watercress and fennel salad and salmon caviar; Maine Lobster Risotto with broccoli rabe pesto; Roasted Lamb Chops with truffled mashed potatoes and porcini mushroom sauce; Roasted Sea Bass in a guazzetto of garbanzo beans and shrimp, as well as Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with sweet potato tart in a pink peppercorn sauce. For dessert, guests will savor the Warm Chocolate Tortino with raspberry heart over a white chocolate fondue. A la carte prices range from $12 to $34 each.
