The DoubleTree Bethesda hotel’s recent restaurant concept has launched a Sunday a la carte brunch menu.
The Share Wine Lounge and Small Plate Bistro (8120 Wisconsin Ave.) opened in November with the idea of providing a small plate menu with three dining categories: home comforts, change of pace and pushing the envelope.
The brunch menu from executive chef Mente Lawson includes a organic granola and lemon souffle pancakes ($13), a blue crab hash with eggs, greens and crawfish remoulade ($21), salmon-zucchini latkes ($16) and staples such as fried chicken and waffles ($17) and french toast ($14).
The menu also includes a bottomless bloody mary and mimosa special for $12 and special cocktails that are either $8 or $9.
